Welcome to the Ann Stern State Farm Agent office in Waupaca, Wisconsin! My State Farm career began in 1981, and since 1998, I have had the pleasure of serving individuals, families, and business owners from my Waupaca agency.
Over the years, I have worked with State Farm customers in several different roles and Wisconsin communities. That experience has given me a broad perspective on insurance and the questions that come up as households, businesses, and responsibilities change.

🤝 From Clintonville to Waupaca: Meet Ann Stern
My journey with State Farm began in 1981, when I joined an agency in Clintonville, Wisconsin, as a team member. I spent the next ten years learning the business and working directly with customers before becoming a State Farm Agent in Appleton in 1991.
After four years as an agent in Appleton, I moved into the role of Agency Field Specialist in 1995. That experience gave me another perspective on State Farm agency operations before I returned to agency ownership in 1998, opening my office in Waupaca.
Having worked as a team member, agent, and Agency Field Specialist, I have had the opportunity to experience different sides of the insurance business. Those experiences continue to influence how I approach customer conversations today. I enjoy getting to know people, listening to their questions, and explaining available coverage options in a way that feels approachable.
Waupaca has been home to my agency since 1998, and over the years, I have enjoyed building relationships with individuals and families throughout Waupaca County and Central Wisconsin. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is continuing those conversations as customers move through different stages of life.
Outside the office, I enjoy hiking, horseback riding, baking, reading, and painting. My husband, Brandon, and I have been married for more than 38 years, and our three adult sons and five grandchildren bring plenty of joy to our lives.
Our office has a personality of its own, too. Louie and Frankie, our office dogs, occasionally stop by to greet visitors. We enjoy creating a welcoming place where customers feel comfortable asking questions and getting to know our team.
